This is a project I wanted to reflect my time and place. Influenced always by the Maya culture, I now have fournd geat images and motifs from the First Nations iconography. This tapestry for me is reflecting the whirlwind I am experimenting now that we moved to Canada. Colours coming here and there. Blending each other to create new forms of expression.
